Our emergency service line is the same as our main number: (512) 253-8927 . We answer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year — including all holidays and weekends. There are no overtime charges or after-hours fees. You pay the same rate regardless of when you call.
No. Woods Comfort Systems does not charge overtime rates, weekend fees, or holiday surcharges. Our residential dispatch fee is $95 for all residential service calls — the same rate at 2pm on a Tuesday or 11pm on Christmas Eve. We believe emergencies shouldn’t come with a financial penalty.

For emergency calls, we dispatch the nearest available technician immediately — most emergency responses in our primary service area arrive within 1–3 hours. Yes. We provide free in-home estimates on all replacement systems — HVAC system replacements, heat pump installations, water heater replacements, and water treatment installations. For service and repair calls, our $95 residential dispatch fee applies. We also offer free second opinions on residential repairs if you’ve received a diagnosis from another company that doesn’t feel right
It helps to have: the make and model of your HVAC or plumbing system if available (usually on a label on the unit), a brief description of what’s happening — when it started, what symptoms you’re noticing, and whether anything unusual occurred before the problem started. For plumbing, note whether multiple fixtures are affected or just one. The more context you can give our dispatcher, the better prepared the technician will be.
