  • You will not introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or interfere with the proper functioning of the website.
  • You will not use automated scripts, scrapers, bots, or other tools to harvest data from this website without our prior written consent.
  • You will not impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any individual or entity.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the website at any time and without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Scheduling and Appointments

Our website and other communication channels may allow you to request service appointments, maintenance visits, consultations, or estimates. By submitting a service request, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • A service request is a request only and does not constitute a confirmed appointment until acknowledged and scheduled by Woods Comfort Systems.
  • Appointment availability depends on technician schedules, geographic service area, weather conditions, parts availability, and demand.
  • Same-day service is not guaranteed. We make reasonable efforts to accommodate urgent requests but cannot promise same-day or next-day arrival.
  • Service availability may vary by location. We may decline service in areas outside our normal service territory.
  • You agree to provide accurate contact information, address, and a description of the issue when requesting service.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule, decline, or cancel service requests at our discretion.
  • If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, you agree to notify us as soon as reasonably possible. Repeated missed appointments may result in service fees or refusal of future service.

Estimates and Pricing

Woods Comfort Systems may provide estimates for repairs, installations, replacements, or other services. By requesting an estimate, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time and are not binding offers unless reduced to a signed written agreement.
  • Estimates may change after on-site inspection, diagnostic evaluation, discovery of additional issues, code requirements, permit fees, or unforeseen conditions (such as concealed damage, outdated wiring, hidden leaks, or non-compliant installations).
  • Pricing displayed on the website, in advertising materials, or in promotional offers is subject to change without notice and may not reflect current pricing.
  • Promotional offers, rebates, and discounts are subject to specific terms, conditions, eligibility requirements, and expiration dates.
  • Final pricing will be provided in writing or otherwise documented before work begins, and authorization to proceed is required.
  • Sales tax, permit fees, disposal fees, and other charges may be applied where required by law.

Financing Disclaimers

Woods Comfort Systems may offer financing options through third-party lenders or financial partners. By exploring or applying for financing, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All financing is subject to credit approval by the third-party lender, not by Woods Comfort Systems.
  • Woods Comfort Systems is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. We do not control approval, denial, interest rates, repayment terms, or fees.
  • Advertised financing terms (such as 0% APR offers or deferred payment plans) are subject to lender qualifications, promotional periods, and restrictions.

Woods Comfort Systems may offer emergency or after-hours service for HVAC and plumbing issues. By requesting emergency service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Emergency response times may vary based on technician availability, current workload, weather, road conditions, distance, and the nature of the issue.
  • We do not guarantee a specific response time for any service request, including those characterized as urgent or emergency.
  • Emergency or after-hours service may be subject to additional fees, dispatch charges, or premium rates, which will be disclosed before work begins where reasonably practical.
  • In the event of a life-threatening situation, gas leak, active flooding, fire, electrical hazard, or other immediate danger, you should first contact 911 and your utility provider before contacting us.
  • Woods Comfort Systems is not liable for damages, losses, or inconvenience resulting from response delays or service unavailability.
